Yes — Grand Teton National Park does have guest limits at certain locations, with some spots allowing up to 40 people. Most areas work best for smaller groups so everyone can enjoy the day without stress. You can find the official limits and permit info here
Late May through early October is prime time. Trails and ceremony spots are generally open, the weather’s more reliable, and the light? Chef’s kiss. Summer is warm and fully accessible, but it’s busy.
Fall is my personal favorite—cooler temps, crisp mornings, fewer crowds, and the mountains show off those golden hues.
Spring and winter can be magical but also unpredictable, with snow lingering and some spots inaccessible.
Another tip: Weekdays during those months tend to be quieter if you want more privacy and less crowding at popular spots!
Yes! Pets aren’t allowed on trails or ceremony spots inside Grand Teton National Park, but they’re welcome in parking areas and overlooks. If you want your pup in the ceremony or photos, nearby spots like The Wedding Tree in Bridger‑Teton National Forest are dog-friendly with epic views—so no one misses out on the adventure!
